Product Finish & Craftsmanship
At The Comora, our bedding products are thoughtfully produced in limited batches. Due to fabric movement and careful craftsmanship, there may be subtle variations in print alignment, texture, or finish.
These natural variations are a part of the product’s character and do not affect its quality, comfort, or durability. Each piece is uniquely crafted in its own understated way.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal comfort or texture preference
- Minor natural variations as described above
- Color differences due to screen or lighting
- Products that have been used, washed, or placed on the bed
However, if the product you receive is:
- Incorrect, or
- Has a major manufacturing defect (such as a tear or hole),
we will gladly offer a replacement of the same product, subject to verification.
Conditions for Replacement
To request a replacement, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share a clear and continuous unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to displaying the product)
- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and free from stains, fragrance, body oils, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Replacement requests cannot be processed if:
- The product shows signs of use or washing
- A proper unboxing video is not provided
- The product was folded, repacked, or handled before recording
These measures help us maintain fairness, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
